A little about Super Kitchens

The OTB.Global product simply stated is Super Kitchens. Super Kitchens provide an innovative approach to suppling thousands of hot meals a day – up to 6,000 -  to those most in need in the communities in which the kitchen is located to help eliminate hunger and malnutrition. This is achieved by applying a unique manufacturing approach to the production of hot meals. By doing this the Super Kitchens achieves an economy of scale that allows the meals to be produced at the lowest possible cost while maintaining the highest degree of nutritional value within a diverse menu.

Further, the meals produced are then delivered hot to various partner locations around the community. This done by packaging the meals into USDA food grade containers, loading them into the delivery vehicle and taking them to the partners that are purchasing meals from the kitchen. These partners include, schools, hospitals, churches, government feeding programs, orphanages and more. Basically a Super Kitchen partner is any organization that is currently providing meals to those they serve.

The advantage is that partner organizations can save as much as 70% over the cost of preparing the meals themselves in small quantities. The end result is that the poor and needy receive hot nutritious meals and the partners that serve those meals can save a significant amount of money. These savings then result in those partners being able to do more without any increase in income.

Utilizing the unique “kitchen-in-a-box” design, OTB.Global Super Kitchens can be packed and shipped to almost any location in the world. When they arrive at the designated location the shipping containers that the kitchen came in become a part of the finished building. Because all Super Kitchens use the same design and equipment, start-up and training are quickly and easily accomplished.
