Tijuana
The Tijuana kitchen has been operating since 2012. It is our first container model kitchen utilizing 3 containers as part of the building; (1) 40’ refrigerator container, (1) 40’ dry store container, (1) 20’ modified office container. This kitchen has the capacity to do 4,800 servings per shift. All meals produced in this kitchen is from food purchased from local suppliers and distributors. We currently deliver to over 40 locations throughout Tijuana. The Tijuana kitchen is equipped with a commercial tortilla maker capable of producing 2,000 tortillas every hour.
