Super Kitchens achieves an economy of scale that allows the meals to be produced at the lowest possible cost while maintaining the highest degree of nutritional value within a diverse menu.
The Tijuana kitchen has been operating since 2012. It is our first container model kitchen utilizing 3 containers as part of the building; (1) 40’ refrigerator container, (1) 40’ dry store container, (1) 20’ modified office container. This kitchen has the capacity to do 4,800 servings per shift. All meals produced in this kitchen is from food purchased from local suppliers and distributors. We currently deliver to over 40 locations throughout Tijuana. The Tijuana kitchen is equipped with a commercial tortilla maker capable of producing 2,000 tortillas every hour.
The Mexicali kitchen has been operating since 2014. It is our second container model kitchen built using shipping containers; (1) 40’ refrigerator container, (1) 40’ dry store container, (1) 20’ modified office container. This kitchen currently has the capacity to do 3,200 servings per shift with plans to increase this capacity another 1,600 servings in the coming weeks. All meals made in this kitchen is from food purchased from local suppliers and distributors. We currently deliver to over 20 locations throughout Mexicali.
The kitchen in Port-au-Prince has been operating since 2014. This kitchen currently has the capacity to do 4,800 servings per shift. All meals produced in this kitchen is from food purchased from local suppliers and distributors. We have delivered food to over 100 different locations throughout Port-au-Prince including schools, orphanages, conferences and catering.
This is the largest kitchen built to date. Not only does the Paarl kitchen produce hot meals but it also includes a bakery and a very large instant meal production facility. This is a warehouse conversion model kitchen and will have the capacity to produce up to 3,200 servings per shift. The Puerto Vallarta kitchen started operations in July 2016.
